Reviews and Ratings
Overall, my stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location is absolutely stunning, just a stone's throw from the beach, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. However, the service left a bit to be desired, with some lapses during our stay that detracted from the experience. While the rooms are spacious and clean, the dining options did not fully meet our expectations, especially concerning the value for the price we paid.
Our stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful, starting with the fantastic welcome and luxurious amenities. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to Cable Beach and the dining options were top-notch. However, we did experience a few navigational challenges on the property, and the noise levels at times were a bit disruptive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with a few minor hiccups.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this resort. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the beach, making it perfect for relaxing by the ocean. The rooms are luxurious and well-appointed, but I did find them a bit dark and not as spacious as I would have preferred, especially during peak season. The dining options are delightful, with excellent food but I did wish there were more variety in sizes for side dishes. Service was top-notch, though I noticed some room service items were served in takeout containers, which detracted slightly from the experience.
My stay was a mixed bag. The location was unbeatable with easy access to Cable Beach, but the resort is in dire need of updates, making it feel more like a 3-star property than a 5-star one. The dining options were limited and expensive, but I appreciated the friendly shuttle service. Overall, it wasn’t quite worth the hefty price tag.
I had high hopes for my stay, especially with a premium price tag, but unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. The location near Cable Beach is great, but the overall condition of the resort and the service could use serious improvements. The facilities were decent, but cleanliness and attention to detail were lacking, making my experience less enjoyable than I had anticipated.
